- Components are completely disassembled, cleaned, if required retreated and repainted.

Every centrifuge we overhaul is equivalent to a new machine in terms of quality and reliability.
Only a few steps to a successful overhaul
- Send us your request with suitable dates as early as possible.
- Ferrum will analyze the request (condition, age, last revision, regularity of maintenance, etc.) and send you an indicative price offer including spare parts and labor hours.
- Order the overhaul resp. the modification.
- After delivery of the centrifuge to Ferrum, it is disassembled, cleaned, measured, evaluated and documented for you with photographs.
- Ferrum will prepare the final offer including spare parts, required labor hours and delivery date.
- After the work is completed, you can participate in the FAT at Ferrum.
- The detailed documentation including recommendations for the next revision is prepared and supplied.
- The centrifuge is delivered and is fully operational after installation.
