Following its Annual General Meeting held last week in Wronki, Poland, Ferrum Group announces a change to its Board of Directors.
The shareholders approved a streamlined board composition, welcoming a new member while thanking two long-standing directors for their years of dedicated service.

Welcome, Reto Suter
Ferrum Group is pleased to welcome Reto Suter to its Board of Directors.
Reto Suter currently serves as CFO of Siegfried Holding AG. He brings broad governance experience, including as Member of the Board at Inficon, at Accelleron, and at the Swiss Cement-Industry Corporation.
