In the future Ferrum will offer the can seamer F12 with three different hygienic packages.
With this hygienic package, the lower part is equipped with a „sloped“ pan made of stainless steel. This way, the liquids dripping during the production onto the pan, as well as during rinsing in the cleaning process, can flow off better and no liquid accumulations remain which would favor the risk of germs. In the newly designed drainage system, the drainage channel can be dismantled for easier cleaning.
The enclosure and lid on the upper part are made of stainless steel. This allows the usage of other cleaning agents which would cause corrosion in the area of the painted cast surface.
The can is in contact with the tool parts thus special attention has been paid to the hygienic design of these (minimizing of flat surfaces and optimized edge radii) in order to minimize possible risks of germs. This includes the improved stacking cylinder and the use of hygienic screws.
- Pressed hoses
- Media routing to the EFT with fixed piping
- Optimized bubble breaker
- Can exit downwards open
- Lighting inside the protection
- Optimized nozzle system
The contamination risk can be reduced by installing all three packages. The cleaning process can be shortened this way by 10-15 minutes.
These options will be available from Q3 / 17.
